The Devil’s Lair Chardonnay gains complexity from the terroir of individual vineyards and the winemakers handle and blend each batch of fruit to make a wine that best represents the Devil’s Lair style.
  • Elegant pink grapefruit and lemon curd with a complexing flint bouquet. Lemon vanilla and beeswax oak aromas underpin an intruiging and flavoursome wine. Tightly woven folds of white stone fruit and citrus drive a layered and textural palate. Partial malolactic fermentation and subtle chalky pith frame this generous and richly flavoured wine. Energetic, supple and deeply satisfying.
