Maturation: Fermented in 50% new and 50% one and 2 year old French oak barriques.
Elegant pink grapefruit and lemon curd with a complexing flint bouquet. Lemon vanilla and beeswax oak aromas underpin an intruiging and flavoursome wine. Tightly woven folds of white stone fruit and citrus drive a layered and textural palate. Partial malolactic fermentation and subtle chalky pith frame this generous and richly flavoured wine. Energetic, supple and deeply satisfying.
