Condition of Sale

The following terms apply to any orders and purchases you make from this website.

You must not order or purchase goods from us:

- If you are aged under 18;

- For re-sale purposes (all goods must be purchased for personal use); or

- Which are outside any order limits or restrictions which we may apply to our wines on this site.

We may accept any order for the supply of goods (in whole or in part), or decline any order. We are not liable to you in respect of those goods that we are unable to supply to you, provided that we refund any amounts paid by you in respect of the unsupplied goods.

We reserve the rights to request for and check your photo ID upon the self-collection or receipt of your delivery. 

Due to rigorous grape selection criteria each vintage, some of our premium wines are produced in very limited quantities and supply is strictly allocated, as a result we have to limit the number of bottles per customer to ensure as many people as possible can enjoy these rare wines.

The Cellar is a by invitation members only community for family and friends, and as such we offer great value pricing every day direct from our wineries to you. As all wines are sold for personal consumption only, there are no further discounts regardless of amount purchased. As many of our wines are offered by the case to purchase, we have already passed on these savings to you – representing better value to you.

Delivery

We provide free delivery for purchases above $180 across mainland Singapore only. 

For orders below $180, a $10 delivery charge is applicable.

We only deliver products to addresses within mainland Singapore.

We operate Mondays to Fridays between 11am and 8pm, excluding Weekends and any Public Holidays. The same applies if you choose to self-collect your purchase. You can see the estimated dates when you checkout.

We propose 3 delivery timeslot:

- Morning: 11am - 1pm

- Afternoon: 3 pm - 6pm

- Evening: 6pm - 8pm

You are welcome to self-collect your order from our distributor warehouse, during their opening hours:

Monday - Friday, 10:00am-5:30pm. (Excluded Weekends & PH)

We understand that it may not always be possible to deliver the goods into the hands of buyers especially if there is someone home where you entrust to receive on your behalf. Do inform us of your preference and we will try our best to accommodate to it. 

In order to avoid disputes over non-receipts of goods, our drivers may also request to view your ID or driving license to ensure the particulars you have provided us with matches. 

All product deliveries must be signed for by an adult over the age of 18 years. A valid and current identification document (such as passport or driving licence) will be required to be presented to our delivery provider on delivery.

We are entitled to assume that anyone aged over 18 years at the delivery address who signs for the delivery has your authority to do so.

We put in effort to organise your order and coordinate the delivery schedule with our driver to ensure that your order arrives on time. If you are not able to let us know ahead of time and miss your delivery, please contact us via email at thecellar@titaniumtws.com or call us at +(65) 6242 7391.

We will do our best to reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.

Returns

Once you have placed an order, please note that we are unable to cancel or edit your order. Accordingly, please ensure all product and delivery details are correct. We strongly advise that you check your purchase before signing the receipt to avoid any form of unnecessary disputes.

No refunds are allowed unless the item you ordered is out of stock. 

In the event in which payment has been made by credit card and you wish to cancel your order before delivery, a 2.9% service fee of your order will be charged. The refund will be done through cheque 7 days after cancellation.  

The Cellar reserve the right to reject or refuse any return or exchange of goods with the absence of a proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.

In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality, please contact us via email at thecellar@titaniumtws.com or call us at +(65) 6242 7391. and we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

If we are unable to supply you with wine of the vintage that you ordered, we reserve the right to substitute it for the same wine of a different vintage.

Payments

Payment for products must be made by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Amex, Mastercard or Visa.

Payments are debited in Singapore Dollars.

Cards can be saved during the checkout for faster payment on your next order.

We are using a payment solution which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

We are very serious about security and we work really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.

Private and Corporate events

Congratulations! We have identified a selection of wines that have proven to be extremely popular with our friends for their weddings and banquet events.
