The concentrated palate is rich with depth and complexity, showcased by flavors of dark berries, black tea, cocoa, and warm vanilla. The tannins are silky and well-integrated, leading to a flavorful finish. The diverse nature of Pinot Noir makes it a perfect accompaniment to many foods, including grilled meats, cheeses, and even salmon.
