GRAPE VARIETY: 66% Petit Verdot, 28% Petite Sirah, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon (V22)
TASTING NOTE: A deep garnet hue with aromas of ripe plum, berry compote, blackberry and clove, underlain by hints of pine, cedar and vanilla.
PAIRING: Beef pot roast with carrots and potatoes, rack of lamb with chimichurri
