Sparkling

Sparkling wines are made throughout the winemaking world. France is the most obvious example with wines from the famous Champagne region, however France produces excellent sparkling wines all over the country, under the name Cremant. The New World has been producing extremely high quality, good value sparkling wines for some time now.
