PEAK DRINKING: Enjoyable on release or will develop complex,integrated flavours with careful short to medium term cellaring.
FOOD MATCH: Great with duck sausage and borlotti bean cassoulet,
or lamb cutlets with charred fennel.
COLOUR: Vibrant crimson with purple hues.
NOSE: Lifted black cherry and blueberry fruits are supported
PALATE: Lively berry fruits fill the mouth, while fine, velvety tannins provide texture to the long, focused palate.
